Three have Internet filtering schemes to block certain content from users. These filters are designed to protect minors from accessing adult material.

Postpay Customers

These Internet filtering schemes have been turned off on your mobile phone by default. You can request to enable these filters. To request this you can contact us in any of the following ways:

Prepay Customers

The filters are turned on by default when you buy your mobile phone. You can request to have the internet filtering schemes removed from your account. To request this you can contact us in any of the following ways:

  • Call into one of our retail stores

Note: To request for this filtering scheme to be removed, you will need to provide a valid proof of ID, such as:

  • Passport
  • Driver’s license
  • National Age Card
  • Student ID with date of birth clearly displayed.

Once we have confirmed that you are over 18, we will remove the content filter. Copies of ID provided to us will be kept only for as long as necessary to confirm your age, and will not be used for any other purpose.
