Just log in to My3 at and click ‘My Account Balance’ if a prepay customer or 'My monthly allowance' if a billpay customer

You can see your cash credit, free credit, mobile data, and purchased add ons.

You can also dial 083 3333444 from a landline, follow the prompts and you’ll hear your current balance and be able to purchase a mobile broadband add on.
