How can I check my balance

Prepay customers, can check their balance any time. Three easy ways;

  1. Using My3. On the web, go to www.three.ie and click MY3 LOGIN. Enter your username and password combination. From the My account balance panel, click ‘check our account balance and add ons’.Here you can see your cash credit, free credit, 3 to 3 calls, mobile data and purchased add ons.
  2. Using the My3 App, select the MY BALANCE tab of the My3 APP Dashboard.
  3. Dial 1744 from your mobile and you’ll hear your current balance
  4. Dial 1745 and your current balance will be shown on your mobile screen.

Billpay customers can check their allowances any time.

  1. Using My3 - On the web, go to www.three.ie and click MY3 LOGIN. Enter your username and password combination. From the My allowance panel click.
  2. You can see your flexi units, 3 to 3 calls, mobile data, and any remaining add ons. You’ll also be able to see how much you’ve spent outside of your allowances since your last bill.

  3. Using the My3 App, select the MY BALANCE tab of the My3 APP Dashboard.
  4. Dial 1913 from your mobile and you’ll hear your current allowances
