My3 is a free, quick and easy way to manage your mobile account. You can get to it on your mobile and on the web.
If you are on Bill Pay you can check your usage, view your bills, search your bills, set up a Direct Debit, buy Add-ons and view your account details.
If you have a 3Pay mobile you can check how much credit you have left, activate a Top-up voucher or buy an Add-on.


Registering for My3:

On the web

  1. Go to https://three.ie/my3
  2. Select Login to My3 on the home page.
  3. Select New to My3 Register here (you'll need to enter your mobile number, the last six digits on your SIM card and the code word that is displayed on the screen).
  4. Press Continue.
  5. A password will be sent to your mobile/broadband dashboard by text message.
  6. Once you receive this you can log in to My3 either on your mobile or on the web.


Logging onto My3:
On your mobile

  1. Select Planet 3.
  2. Select My3.
  3. Enter your password (the first time you use it you will need to change your password to something more memorable to you).

On the web

  1. Go to https://three.ie/my3
  2. Select Login to My3
  3. Enter your mobile number and password (the first time you use it you will need to change your password to something more memorable to you)
  4. Select Continue.
